[Mac OS X TeX] compiling the latest ghostscript

Gene Van Buren,

Apple's PDF software has a bug which causes it to incorrectly display
files created by Ghostscript 7. That is why Gerben's distribution still
contains Ghostscript 6. Apple has been aware of this bug for some
time. We hope that it will eventually be fixed.
