[Mac OS X TeX] spelling services (OT)

Hi Ted

I think you go into Mail.app and open something like a new message.
Then go to the Edit menu and select Spelling. Then Spelling again
and select the dictionary you want which is English (Apple).
This should reset it for all Cocoa applications.
