[Mac OS X TeX] Mac tool for drawing \pictures

A long time ago, I remember of a small tool named "PicTeX"
which was a MacOS application showing a window where you could
draw a picture with lines, circles, text, ... and which
generated the LaTeX \picture code to draw the picture. Not always
very accurate but quite nice.
I lost it and can't find it anymore.
Is someone here aware of this tool or another one more modern ?
