There is: Ctrl-1. I'm not sure it's in the documentation, but it was 
mentioned by Rich Koch in this list (or was it in a direct answer to me) 
quite some time ago.

OS X Textures is announced for about the end of this year (see 
http://www.bluesky.com/news/news_frames.html).
