[OS X TeX] Weird 10.2 + TeXShop pauses ?

Is anyone else getting strange pauses in TeXShop with 10.2 ?  If I
open a long mathematical document (60 pages) and try and click
between pages or latex the whole thing I get the rotating rainbow
cursor and various sorts of hangs. If I try and drop down a menu
during this it will drop and stay down until things recover themselves.

Smaller documents seem OK.

This is on a Powerbook G4 400 MHz, 640 MB of RAM.  I installed
10.2 as an archive and restore.

I thought I would check here before sending a bug report in.
