<x-flowed>>> I've got a lot of diagrams created in Excel that I've used in various

A procedure which seems to work:

- From Excel, print the diagram to a file in EPS format.

- Open the EPS file in Mac GS View and export it as a PDF. You must use
the Classic Mac GS View 2.0b3 (from
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/macos/gsv20b3.htm), not the OS X Preview
version (from http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/macos/gsvosxpr.htm).
Unfortunately, this version cannot export files properly at the moment,
it looses fonts on the way.

Then you're home! (Note, too, the dramatic decrease in file size once
you convert from EPS to PDF.)
