[Mac OS X TeX] teTeX installer without ghostview

Hello everybody,

can anyone provide an installer for TeXShop/teTeX which does NOT install
ghopstview, since I have compiled my own ghostview to work under
X-Windows, and I assume that the ghostview included in TeXShop is compiled
without X-Windows support.
