[Mac OS X TeX] msttfont.tar.gz

At http://www-texdev.mpce.mq.edu.au/WENDY/msttfont.tar.gz I found some LaTeX 
styles to allow typesetting using fonts such as Arial and Trebuchet, which 
come from an obscure type foundry called Microsoft.  However, I couldn't get 
them to work either with Textures or with TeXShop: TFMs not found, fonts not 
found, etc.  Has anybody else tried these?
