<x-flowed>Hi,

I was wondering if you ever resolved the problem that you reported in your
message below to the Mac OS X TeX list. I can't find a fix in the list
archives. I have the same problem, and don't know what to do about it.

Thanks in advance,

Vinayak Vatsal.
