<x-flowed>Hi
If you want the green in TeXShop to look like the green in Alpha do
[localhost:~] mmurray% defaults write TeXShop markerred 0.02
[localhost:~] mmurray% defaults write TeXShop markergreen 0.51
[localhost:~] mmurray% defaults write TeXShop markerblue 0.13
in terminal and restart TeXShop. Details in the TeXShop docs.
I am not sure what the defaults are!
Michael
