[lucida] New paper by Bigelow and Holmes on Lucida fonts

For those interested in the background of Lucida fonts, a new paper "Science and history behind the design of Lucida" by Bigelow & Holmes (the font designers) has just been published in the latest issue of TUGboat. It's at
