[lucida] No output after installing Lucida Type 1

Good day.

I am trying to install Lucida Type 1. Initially I got the error can't find
lucida.sty.

I re arranged files according to

D:\texlive\texmf-local\doc\fonts\lucida  OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\doc\fonts\lucidabr  OK

D:\texlive\texmf-local\doc\fonts\lucidaot NO

D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\afm\bh\lucida OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\map\dvips\lucida OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\map\vtex\lucida.ali OK

D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\opentype\bh\lucidaot NO
D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\tfm\bh\lucida OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\type1\bh\lucida OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\vf\bh\lucida OK

D:\texlive\texmf-local\source\fonts\lucida OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\source\fonts\lucidabr OK

D:\texlive\texmf-local\tex\latex\lucida OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\tex\latex\lucidabr OK
D:\texlive\texmf-local\tex\latex\lucidaot NO


I have run:

mktexlsr

and

updmap-sys --force --enable Map=*lucida.map*

Now I get the following error:

!pdfTeX error: pdflatex.exe (file hlcrf8r): Font hlcrf8r at 618 not found
 ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!

What can I do. Any help will be appreciated.
