[lucida] Installation problem of Lucida

I recently (yesterday) bought the Lucida fonts via TUG. 

I did not manage to install properly the Lucida fonts. I read carefully, I think, all information, but, apparently, I did something wrong. 

I use Texmaker 5.0.3 and TeX Live 2019. 

Please help.
