Just to be sure, here's where the various parts of the fonts distributed by TUG should go (the following is for the Type 1 and OpenType fonts together, you won't have the lucidaot directories if you only have the Type 1 fonts):

Beware too that capitalization -- lucida not Lucida -- may matter (I don't know exactly what the situation is on Windows in that respect).
