Hi Bob,

Back on this mail from last July (sorry), let me reply for the archives:

    whereas lucida.zip is not. 

It's (always been) at CTAN/install/fonts/psfonts/bh/lucida.tds.zip.

I changed the links on tug.org/store/lucida/type1.html (noted
by Bruno) to be:
  http://ctan.org/pkg/lucida
  http://ctan.org/pkg/psnfssx-luc

The package pages provide much more information than bare mirror
directories, including tds.zip links, so I've taken to using them
whenever possible.  --thanks, karl.
