[lucida] typo in INSTALL-TeX.txt

hi,

I think this may be a mistake in:

	https://www.tug.org/store/lucida/README-opentype/INSTALL-TeX.txt

and the same file in the distributed ZIP.

     For the personal tree, run the command

       kpsewhich --var-value TEXMFLOCAL

The text uses TEXMFLOCAL for both local & personal trees.

I think that last line, for the personal tree, should use TEXMFHOME.
