[lucida] Instructions on updmap-sys (Type 1)

Friends,

I did a clean TL install in a couple of minutes ago. Right out of the box,

[paulo at cardiff ~] /opt/texbin/updmap-sys --listmaps | grep lucida

returns no matches, so there's no need to disable the map. Then I ran

[paulo at cardiff ~] sudo /opt/texbin/updmap-sys --enable Map lucida.map

which effectively worked (no need for =). It looks like I forgot to run 
mktexlsr before trying to update the maps. Now things work flawlessly.

Deeply sorry for the noise in the list. Thanks Bruno and Norbert for the 
kind help.
