[lucida] problem on installing lucida font

Hi,

I am trying to install lucida font on my Mac. I use TexShop 3.36.1.
When I compile my ex file, I got the error message:

kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+70/600 --dpi 670 hlhbi8r

mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for hlhbi8r.

mktexpk: perhaps hlhbi8r is missing from the map file.

kpathsea: Appending font creation commands to missfont.log.

Also, I tried to compile "lucida-sample.tex" using command line, I got
error too:
