[lucida] Lucida Installation on MacTeX 2012

I've just discovered a solution to my own problem, rather than

`sudo -H updmap-sys --enable Map lucida.map`

my system simply needed 

`sudo -H updmap-sys`

Everything works now, no need for further action.
