[lucida] Lucida OpenType installation problem

Hi Bruno,

thanks for the infos on Lucida, but ...

> with both XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX and all the fonts are found, including bold. After installing the new luaotfload (on the Mac this was done by TeX Live Utility), you need to run "luaotfload-tool --update --force".

That gives me on a up-to-date TL2014 installation with the latest
luaotfload:
	[~] luaotfload-tool --update --force
.../texmf-dist/tex/luatex/luaotfload/luaotfload-parsers.lua:288: attempt to call local 'find_files' (a nil value)

same with many other incantations ...
