[lucida] Arrows in Lucida OpenType

    Thanks for the inspection of Type1 fonts. A question for the wizards: Is
    the shifted math axis a bug or intention?

Khaled and I have looked at it a little.  The end result is not
intentional.  It will take a little while longer to figure out how best
to fix it.  (Meanwhile, I'm going to release a new version with the
fixed U+2A1B INTEGRAL WITH OVERBAR.)
