I think so: on the Lucida OpenType page there is a change log file (link "very terse description of changes" <http://www.tug.org/store/lucida/NEWS.txt>) saying

	Updates to the Lucida OpenType fonts.

	28feb14 1.702 - use the correct glyph for U+2A1B INTEGRAL WITH OVERBAR.
