[lucida] upgrading + installation

You mean with 
	tlmgr install --file lucidaFOOBAR.tar.xz
?

Karl? What do you think? Should I prepare something like this?

It would have the disadvantage that the package would disappear on a
new installation (not so in TEXMFLOCAL), though???
