[lucida] question about integrals

Hi all.

I try to use the different integrals available in Lucida but I can not
find the commands that call them.
I have the Y&Y version. The font lbmi.pfb contains several integrals at
positions
U+222C to U+2232. How do I access them?
The first two are OK. They are \iint and \iiint. The fourth is \surfint
but what about the rest?
