Is there a way to enable some kind of kerning for the
Lucida Fonts in LaTeX?
No. The fonts from B&H must not be altered, so we will never distribute
anything with kerning unless they do it, and Chuck's reply is pretty
clear that they will not.
Personally, I too like kerning.
