[lucida] Lucida Greek

I have sent two emails to URW and they have not replied yet. I've checked
with Ascender and they haven't got it. Bigelow & Holmes as a company are
defunct.
What about Y&Y? do you have an email of maybe Blenda Horn that I could ask
about it?
