[lucida] Cannot find lbc.pfb on new Mac OS X Installation

I guess you can't run lucida-sample successfully because it calls  
fonts not included in the basic set. Try the other sample document:  
lucida-amsmath.tex.

Yes, but I mean *how*:

sudo updmap-sys --enable Map=lucida.map

or

updmap --enable Map=lucida.map
