[lucida] Problem installing the Lucida fonts

Thank you, something of the sort seems clearly to have been the problem.  I do
not understand the contents of .texlive2007-config but there were three
non-empty dirctories such as .texlive2007/texmf-var/fonts/map/pdftex/updmap/
and setting them aside solved the problem.
