[lucida] lucida sans in math

Hi Antonis,

    Is there an option to switch math to the sans family. I try to prepare 
    slides but math fonts are still drawn from the rm family.

The Lucida Sans Math fonts were simply not included in the fonts
distributed by Y&Y, and hence are not in the fonts distributed by TUG
(unless I've been missing them all these years).  I gather Ascender
sells them in some form or another, but not with TeX support as far as I
know.  Sorry.
