[lucida] Installing Lucida on a Macintosh

    I was hoping some MikTeX user would reply; but as nobody has, here  
    are MikTeX site instructions:

Interesting.  I can imagine the first step is a simpler way of doing
what Thomas (Feuerstack) told me.  But the second step has a different
option, --mkmaps vs. --fndb.

I'll ask Thomas for more advice.  Thanks for looking it up.
