[lucida] support for context

Hello,

in attachement are files needed for using Lucida fonts with ConTeXt 
(with help of texfont utility). I am not the author of the .tfm metrics 
and  type-luc.tex definition file (do not know who is), but feel it will 
help very much to byuers if they will be part of distribution 
lucida-*.zip. Short instruction how to inslall lucida for ConTeXt 
(assuming these files) is summarized at http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Lucida

Please can you add the files to the distribution?
