[lucida] Lucida fontset nits

    Attached. Part of the problem is that the arrow heads are too small to

I tend to agree with you.  I'll ask Chuck.

    lucidabr should also support [luximono] as an option.

I see no reason not to support such an option.

For that matter, I see no particular reason not to include the LuxiMono
fonts (as they exist today on CTAN) in the lucida package which we
provide, since the licensing is considerably more liberal than what we
already require for lucida.

    I'll put it on my todo list to make a start, and with documentation
    - no good otherwise :)
