[lucida] Installing Lucida on MacOSX 10.4.5 ?

I guess I do use updmap-sys rather mechanically these days; but, any way,
there is a sort of indication to that in readme.lucida:

> Installing the font map files
> ------------------------------
> The following fonts map files are provided:

> lucida.ali      to be used with VTeX/Free

> Copy the file you want to use to a suitable directory of
