[lucida] installation problem

Hi, 

I am trying to install Lucida on my Debian Sarge, the texmf main tree
is /usr/share/texmf, and the texmf-local tree is set
to /usr/local/share/texmf, and lucida fonts were unziped and installed
under the directory (the 4 subdirectories are doc, fonts, tex, and
source), I did run the mktexlsr, but I got the following prompt message
in texing:
