[lucida] Configuration file for microtype?

    Where is this microtype package

The idea is to do micro-level typesetting changes that improve the
overall appearance of the page.  The basic support is in pdftex.

    and who is willing to share what version of Lucida?  

I believe Martin meant share the microtype support.  The Lucida fonts
remain proprietary.  All the supporting files -- macros, tfm's, etc. --
are on CTAN, in fonts/lucida, but the pfb's themselves aren't, and won't
ever be (unless B&H win the lottery, or something :).
