[luatex] subtle bug in generating PDF outlines

I didn't try to make the bundle smaller :-)

After unpacking the archive (which needs approx. 2GByte) you can
(re)create the file `notation.pdf` by calling the script

```
build-notation.sh
```

The output file is then `Documentation/out-www/en/notation.pdf`.

Hopefully everything works OK.
