[luatex] emulating \XeTeXglyph

With that font I get

\XeTeXglyph21188  : tag in rectangle

\XeTeXglyph16990  : vs 1

in context with that definition so there no engine issue here but likely 
a macro package one (of course this definition is far from optimal esp 
when you need more than a few glyphs but a thousand fold speedup in not 
that hard to achieve if needed)
