[luatex] Oldstyle numerals differ in PDFs created with lualatex from TL2018 and 2019

Hi,

Please consider the following document:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fontspec}
%\usepackage[english]{babel}
\usepackage{polyglossia}
\setdefaultlanguage{english}
\setmainfont[Numbers=OldStyle]{CMU Serif}
\begin{document}
abc123
\end{document}

The numerals in PDFs compiled from this source using lualatex from
TL2019 and TL2018 differ (both attached).

xelatex gives the same result everywhere.

Since it doesn't matter whether babel or polyglossia is used, I guess
that it's a luatex issue.

Could someone explain the cause of the difference? And, ideally,
suggest a workaround how to avoid it?

Thanks,
