[luatex] \includegraphics broken for HarfLaTeX/LuaHBLaTeX?

The following on my setup (TeX Live 2019 from MacTeX 2019, updated via TeX Live Utility/tlmgr; HarfTeX and LuaHBTeX from tlcontrib) works fine on pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX and LuaTeX, but on HarfLaTeX and LuaHBLaTeX gives

./test-graphics-harf.tex:7: Undefined control sequence.
\Ginclude at graphics ...\Ginput at path \set at curr@file 
                                                  {#1}\edef \uq at curr@file {\...

l.7 \includegraphics{square}

That's a fairly recent bug, introduced by a fairly recent update of something, the same didn't happen a couple of days ago.
