[luatex] luatex-0.95.0 on Debian: fmtutil problem

Ugg, that is ugly. You want to remove the build directory
at some point, right?

First of all, you should quite probably *no* use fmtutil but
fmtutil-sys ...

Where does this file come from? Which Debian are you working on?
I have that file in
	/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/generic/tex-ini-files/luatex.ini
