[luatex] Luatex 1.0.0 announcement

Hello Hans, Hartmut, Luigi, Taco (alphabetic order),

I hate to be a "me too" sayer but now it is time for me to chime in and say a big "thank you".

LuaTeX has really changed my live, as my "software baby" is based on it and LuaTeX gives me possibilities that were not possible before. You know that. I can't say "Thank you" enough that is worth the pleasure I have with LuaTeX. 

I am still using 0.79, but perhaps now is the time to look into 1.0.
