[luatex] luatex \write-1

Hi Luigi,

The problem I found is:

\immediate\write-1{SOME INFO}
test
\bye

With pdfTeX, "SOME INFO" appears only in the log file,
but with LuaTeX it appears only in the console, which
Robert and I think "the other way around."

I don't know about the another problem... Maybe the
report from jfbu will be helpful.
