[luatex] failed assertion leading to errror in luatex for document working in pdf and xe tex

Seems to be fixed in more recent versions built from TeX Live svn.
The current Debian version produces proper ooutput, and is based on
a bit later than the 2014 released version.

So I guess that is fixed already and will be in TL2015.
