[luatex] luatex and EB Garamond Ligatures

OK, that's working for me too. It's not the Version of the font, but:

* \input luaotfload.sty gives correct ligatures
* \input luatex-fonts does not

although the same otf-file is used for loading the font. Anyway, it's 
working this way.
