[luatex] Problem with luaotfload and positioning of primes

Recently, when I compile my documents that use unicode-math with LuaLaTeX,
the positioning of primes has been incorrect. They are considerably too high
and too small, as if the ssty OpenType feature was not being applied. 

 

I don't experience the same problem compiling with XeLaTeX, so it might be
that luaotfload is the culprit. 

 

Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
