[luatex] luaotfload-database.lua error with TeXLive SVN

Compiling a document with lualatex I see this:

   attempt to index local 'english_names' (a nil value).

  l.100 \fontencoding\encodingdefault\selectfont

Just to be sure I've removed all luatex stuff from my .texlive2013
directory and repeated the command, but the problem remains.
