[luatex] mkluatexfontdb devours memory

I think we have found the problem: the file is in
/home/ismo/.local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/web2c

Notice how texmf-dist is completely missing from the above list. That
means this has to do with the merging of texmf into texmf-dist.

I guess there is a list of paths hardcoded into luatex somewhere.
