[luatex] Downloaded compiled version of luatex 0.75 for MacOSX, am getting error related to luatex-loader.sty and oberdiek.luatex.lua

I suppose files such as luatex.sty, luatex-loader.sty and oberdiek.luatex.lua -- all in $TEXMF/tex/generic/oberdiek, and all derived from Heiko's luatex.dtx -- should be added to list of files that'll need to be updated as well, right?
