[luatex] luaotfload problems on windows (TL + Miktex)

No. But this is not caused by the binary wrapper of miktex pointing
to a wrong file: I get the same behaviour if I delete the lua-files
in the main miktex tree and so only the git files exists.
And -V always shows the git version number. 

The different messages are caused by an option:

luaotfload-tool --alias=luaotfload-tool --help : new message
luaotfload-tool --alias=mkluatexfontdb --help  : old message

Philipp: should I make a bug report so that miktex changes the
luaotfload-tool call?
