[luatex] incompatible ectaart.cls and luatex.sty in TL2013

Hi, not sure if this is the right list.

Documents starting with

	\documentclass[english,draft]{ectaart}
	...
	\usepackage[utf8]{luainputenc}

The compilation with 'lualatex --file-line-error ...'
gives an error on texlive 2013 (2012 was OK I was said)
	...
	/usr/local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/tex/generic/oberdiek/luatex.sty:376: LaTeX E
	rror: Command \setattribute already defined.
	               Or name \end... illegal, see p.192 of the manual.

	See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.
	Type  H <return>  for immediate help.
	 ...

	l.376 }

	?

because ectaart.cls also defines \setattribute.
